Heavy Traffic H-20 Rated Universal Channel

The HT channel is designed to utilize Concast's standard 6.5 inch thick concrete covers.  It is steel and fiber reinforced, and meets AASHTO H-20 heavy equipment requirements to support 32,000 Lbs. per axle load.  Universal channels are generally used wherever an ell, tee, or cross is needed in a trench run.  Available in 10 to 50 inch widths; 12, 16, or 24 inch depths; and 4 or 8 foot lengths. Please note that the channels listed below are heavy traffic H-20 rated only. For even heavier applications, see our H-40 Heavy Traffic channels. Other channel designs include our HTSG, pedestrian and our light traffic rated channels
