Heavy Traffic H-40 Rated Galvanized Steel Covers

Concast's H-40 rated galvanized steel covers fit into Concast standard HT channel, and will support heavy traffic up to 64,000 pounds per axle load. Lifting slots in the cover are provided for simple removal from the channel with one of Concast's lifting tools.  These covers are generally lifted with the 8000 tool; however, if machine-assisted lifting is preferred, the 8000L tool is available for heavier covers. For lighter traffic applications, see our H-10 Light Traffic system. Other cover designs include our pedestrian and our light traffic rated covers.
