Threaded Inserts, Threaded Studs, & Unistrut

Concast can embed several different optional threaded products into their precast parts to aid in handling and mounting equipment.  UNC threaded inserts are made of a high quality zinc alloy and they come in a variety of sizes including 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, & 3/4, and 1 inch.  To keep the inserts from filling with debris and water, Concast also offers a line of insert plugs. 

Unistrut channel is a great way to create an adjustable mounting mechanism. The cast-in channel can be supplied with a threaded spring nut (pictured). Unistrut channel is available in several materials including stainless steel, galvanized steel, and fiberglass.   These channels can be either cast into or screwed onto Concast precast parts.
