Threaded Inserts, Threaded Studs, & Unistrut

Concast can embed several different optional threaded products into their precast parts to aid in handling and mounting equipment.  UNC threaded inserts are made of a high quality zinc alloy and they come in a variety of sizes including 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, & 3/4, and 1 inch.  To keep the inserts from filling with debris and water, Concast also offers a line of insert plugs. 

Unistrut channel is a great way to create an adjustable mounting mechanism. The cast-in channel can be supplied with a threaded spring nut (pictured). Unistrut channel is available in several materials including stainless steel, galvanized steel, and fiberglass.

Concast also offers a threaded stud option for even more product customization.
