Knockouts and Custom Holes

Any pull box that Concast offers can be cast with holes or knockouts at  your desired location.  Please specify size, quanity, and locations when ordering.  It is recommended to use oversize openings to ensure a proper fit.  Holes can then be later sealed.

Knockouts are a great option when you will need an opening at a later date.  A thin concrete shell approximately 3/8" thick seals the knockout opening; keeping out the backfill from your box.  When you are ready to use the opening, the protective shell can easily be knocked out with a hammer.  We can also cast in one of our plastic Con-Duct terminators for a temporarily sealed opening that can also be knocked out when it's needed.
